Other than orders involving manufacturing defects, all sales are final. Because we truly care about the happiness of each and every one of our customers, if there is any manufacturing defect with any of the products you receive, we'll replace it, so never hesitate to reach out to us!

Just contact us within 21 days of purchase, and we will be more than happy to provide you with a replacement free of charge. (Damage from use or accidents after receiving the products are not considered manufacturing defects, so are not eligible for free replacement.)

 

How do I get a replacement for manufacturing defects?

Simply send us a photo of the defect(s), and if approved, we'll make sure you have a brand new Hantoki and Racoondo back into your hands in no time!
